Jackson Orchards is a New Zealand owned and operated business. All transactions will be made in New Zealand Dollars and all prices are GST inclusive. Any charges from this website will show up on your bank statement as Jackson Orchards. Jackson Orchards is a company trading under the Kevin Jackson Family Trust.
Jackson Orchards will never store your card details and all transactions are done through eWay’s secure payment gateway.
Fruit ripens at different rates each year therefore all "availability" dates are guidelines. Pictures throughout the website are also a guideline as fruit from season to season does not always bear the same size and colour.
If the item ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible in order to arrange either a refund or a change of order.
Jackson Orchards or Kevin Jackson Family Trust will never sell your personal information or disclose it to any other third parties. We only use your details to deliver your fruit and offer you a repeat ordering service (a customer account saves your delivery details onto Shopify’s secure servers in order for you to re-order with ease).
Deliveries are made to your selected shipping address during checkout. Please provide accurate details including contact details (an email or phone number suffices). If we find there is not enough, or incorrect information, we will call or email you to rectify. All fruit is dispatched from Jackson Orchards as soon as possible unless you choose a preferred delivery date. You can choose a preferred delivery date from the cart during checkout.
Fruit will be delivered to the shipping address filled in by you upon checkout (providing it is available at that time).
Our courier service is overnight to ensure fruit arrives in the best of condition. If you are from a Rural address you can expect delays of around 24 hours on top of the normal delivery time.
Certain unforeseen circumstances may delay your fruit delivery. Deliveries are made by NZ Couriers using their overnight service, and the cost of shipping is per box and can vary depending on the size or weight.
Please note that we do not deliver to overseas addresses. We offer New Zealand deliveries only. We cannot deliver ANY orders to a PO box.
Please be aware that fruit is perishable and can deteriorate rather quickly in the wrong conditions.
We do not accept returns at this time, however if your fruit arrives damaged or if for some reason you receive the wrong box of fruit, we are more than willing to rectify this. Please fill in the form via below link so we can process your claim accordingly.
