Jackson Orchards is a New Zealand owned and operated business. All transactions will be made in New Zealand Dollars and all prices are GST inclusive. Any charges from this website will show up on your card details as Jackson Orchards. Jackson Orchards is a company trading under the Kevin Jackson Family Trust.

Jackson Orchards will never store your card details and all transactions are done through eWay’s secure payment gateway.


Fruit ripens at different rates each year therefore all dates are guidelines. Pictures throughout the website are also a guideline and fruit from season to season does not always bear the same size and colour.

If the item ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible in order to arrange either a refund or a change of order.


Deliveries are made to your selected shipping address during checkout. Please provide accurate details including contact details for you if we need more information (email or phone number suffices).

All fruit is dispatched from Jackson Orchards as soon as possible unless you choose a preferred delivery date. You can choose a preferred delivery date when you go to the cart to checkout.

Fruit will be delivered to the shipping address filled in by you upon checkout.

Our courier service is overnight to ensure fruit arrives in the best of condition. If you are from a Rural address you can expect delays of around 24 hours on top of the normal delivery time. Certain unforeseen circumstances may delay your fruit delivery.

Deliveries are made by NZ Couriers using their overnight service, cost of shipping is per box and can vary depending on the size or weight.

We do not deliver to overseas addresses, New Zealand deliveries only.


Please be aware that fruit is perishable and can deteriorate rather quickly in the wrong conditions.

We do not at this time accept returns, however if your fruit arrives damaged we are more than willing to help rectify this, please send us some photos of the fruit to make it easier to complete this process or call us on 03 445 0596.

If for some reason you receive the wrong box of fruit please notify us immediately so we can attempt to rectify this.


Jackson Orchards or Kevin Jackson Family Trust will never sell your personal information or disclose it to any other parties. We only use your details to send your fruit and offer you an easier service (customer accounts saves your details on Shopify’s servers in order for you to reorder easily).
