Can I send your fruit, vege or other products as a gift?
Yes you can! Just create a gift message in the checkout and we will put this onto a card and pop it in the box for you. We never include any invoices or prices with any shipments, so you don't have to worry about that either!
I want to order a specific variety of fruit. Can I do this?
Absolutely. We have specific varieties of apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums, apples and pears available for pre-order during our fruit season on the website. Please note, if you want a specific variety, that can involve waiting for it to come into season. It is always best to pre-order your favourite varieties, as the fruit season is short, and the window to order becomes very small (some fruits are only around for 1 week).

I am going away, how can I make sure fruit isn't sent when I am not at home?
In this instance, it is best to order fruit titled with seasonal. You can do that right here, and this will allow you to select your preferred dispatch date. This means that we will send the best variety available at the time of your selected dispatch date.
Can I send your products to a PO box?
No, please ensure you give us a physical address. Our items are couriered, not sent by post due to the perishable nature of them.Â

Why is your freight dear?
Our freight is industry standard for shipping perishable products. Perishable products are a high risk item to ship, and thus they have to be dispatched on overnight priority courier. Due to our items being perishable and extremely fragile, our freight also includes insurance and packaging material. Most of our packaging is sent in cardboard boxes with recycled paper padding. All of these costs add up and are reflective of the service we provide.
